White chocolate matcha latte
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP HOT WATER
- 1 TSP MATCHA
- 300 ML MILK
- 4 SQUARES OF WHITE CHOCOLATE
1 – Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie
2 – In a bowl, mix the hot water with the matcha using a bamboo or electric whisk
3 – Heat and froth the milk
4 – Pour the melted white chocolate into a glass, then the hot milk and finally the matcha mixture
6 – All that's left is to enjoy it
